How do I join the session?
The moment your payment clears we create a Google Calendar event and Google issues a Meet link for it. You get a confirmation email plus a calendar invite with the join button — no app, no download, works in the browser.
What if I miss the invite email?
Check spam, then your Google Calendar — the event is already there. Still nothing? Email us your order number and we'll resend it.
Can I reschedule?
Yes, free up to 24 hours before your slot. Reply to your confirmation email with the new date you want.
Do I need a camera on?
We strongly encourage it — half the practice is being seen. That said, session one with the camera off beats not turning up at all.
How big are the groups?
Twenty people maximum in the main room, four per breakout. Small enough that everyone speaks, big enough that you meet new people each week.
What's your refund policy?
Full refund up to 24 hours before your first session. After it starts, we'll move you to another date rather than refund — tell us what happened and we'll sort it.
Is English the only language?
Sessions run in English, but accents and hesitation are extremely welcome — a good chunk of the room is practising in their second or third language.
…I'm painfully introverted?
Perfect, most of us started there. Everything begins small — a 30-second intro to a group of four, not a stage. You control the pace.
