"But what if…"
How long is a course?
Four to six weekly sessions of about ninety minutes, plus a group chat that runs the whole way through. Each course page lists its exact schedule.
What if I miss a week?
You get the recording and the exercises, and you can join the same week in the next cohort at no extra cost. Life happens.
Which course should I start with?
If you freeze in group settings, start with Everyday Confidence. If it's presenting that gets you, go straight to Public Speaking. Still stuck? Email us and we'll pick for you.
…I'm painfully introverted?
Perfect, most of us started there. Everything begins small — a 30-second intro to a group of four, not a stage. You control the pace.
