How fast do you reply?
Usually within a few hours on weekdays, always within one working day. Weekends are slower — we're probably at a session.
I can't find my Meet link and my session is soon.
Check your Google Calendar first — the event is created automatically. If it's genuinely missing, email us with URGENT in the subject and your order number.
Can we book a private session for our team?
Yes, from eight people upwards. Email teams@letssocialize.co with your group size and rough dates and we'll come back with options.
Do you have a phone number?
Not a public one — we're a small distributed team and email genuinely gets you a faster, better answer. Ironic, we know.
