we built the room
we wished
existed.
Lets Socialize started because networking advice was either "just be yourself" or a $2,000 seminar with a man in a headset. We went with a third option: small live rooms, real practice, no theatrics.
Confidence isn't a personality. It's a practised skill.
Most people aren't bad at talking to strangers. They're just badly out of practice β and the world offers almost nowhere safe to get the reps in.
So that's what we make: live, small-group sessions where the stakes are low, the feedback is honest, and nobody makes you do a trust fall. Talk to anyone. Anywhere. That's the whole brief.
From a Tuesday night call to thirty countries
2022 β one very small room
Four friends on a Tuesday call, taking turns introducing themselves badly. It helped more than any book had.
2023 β strangers show up
We opened the call to anyone who asked. Word travelled, the group chat filled up, and we started writing an actual curriculum.
2024 β coaches and structure
Public speaking, interviews, networking. Real facilitators, proper session plans, still four-to-a-breakout.
Now β thirty-odd countries
Same format, more time zones. We've kept the rooms small on purpose, and we always will.
There's a seat with your name on it.
Small groups, live on Google Meet, no cringe icebreakers. Pick a date and we'll see you there.
